Customer feedback – Victoria

Hi Guys,
 
The screens arrived and they have been great. Easy to install and a quality product. Have had some interest from friends who have seen them and I passed on your website details.
 
I hope to take some photos tonight and will send them on to you – we have them installed on wood and PVC. I have had a slight corner lifting of the velcro on one PVC window that is exposed to harsh sunlight but I will be replacing the velcro to remedy that and will be getting outdoor blinds on this window. No such problems on other PVC and wood windows though.
 
Your customer service is excellent and a breath of fresh air when compared to the experiences we have had with other suppliers whilst renovating our house.
